Warmly, cheerily, sunny day, today is Sunday

There is nobody other than me in the small back alley

I run around and play as always in the warm sunshine

When tired, I take a rest in the shade of a tree

せまい路地裏には僕の他に誰もいない

今日も陽だまりの中を駆け回って遊ぶんだ

疲れたら木陰で一休み

裏路地に猫はいる

そこが僕の居場所

世界はとっても小さく見えるけど

どこにだって好きな所に行けるんだ

朝、目が覚めたら雨が降っていた、今日は水曜日

こんな日は、木の陰で雨やどり

遠く道行く人影を眺めてる

優しく葉を叩く雨音が子守り唄

裏路地に猫はいる

そこは僕の揺り籠

木々の隙間に潜り込んで

心静かに眠るんだ

気楽に過ぎる　笑う猫の毎日　Nya・Nya・Nyan

どんな時だって　ここが僕の居場所なの

笑ったり、泣いたりして

そうして世界は広がっていく

喜び探して生きている

裏路地に猫はいる

そこでいつも僕は笑ってる
